Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are typically dispatched within one working day. UK delivery normally takes 1 to 2 working days from dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination and by customs handling.
These are estimates rather than guarantees. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Customs and import charges
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may attract import duties, taxes or customs charges. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over them and cannot tell you in advance what they will be.
Restricted products
Some chemical products cannot be sent by air or to certain destinations because of carrier restrictions. If this affects your order we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
Missing or delayed orders
If your UK order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, email sales@aquastate.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
